How does a business leader influence a room, a space, or a relationship without regard for what lies beneath the surface?

Nope. You really can’t. And yet, that is all 99% of leaders have to work with.

It doesn't work because it isn't real. It doesn't flow. It's not embodied. All people—using their 6th sense—can feel it. And if they are smart enough to trust what they feel, then you just lost trust.

Leaders learn to work with the Energy of their own bodies first before attempting to influence the Energy of the room.
